Returns may be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The product must have its original safety seal intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, dietary supplement products that have been opened, used, or have a broken safety seal are not eligible for return or refund, except where the product was received damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Returns must be authorized by Turrilife before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party logistics providers. Return requests remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy regardless of the fulfillment method used.
